TAICENN, November, 2023: TAICENN Technology has announced availability of a new 23.8” (sometimes says as 24.0”) Full HD 1920*1080 Pcap. Touch display module into our inventory. This new front display module featured with true flat panel and multi-point capacitive touchscreen. By using TAICENN’s consistent modular design and manufacturing concept, so we are able to deliver a bigger 23.8” dimension HMI Panel PCs and Industrial Monitors product range. With this new bigger dimension option, TAICENN can integrate with existing HMI display systems and flexibly deployed to meet more application needs of different industrial scenarios.
This new 23.8” dimension display module will expand our industrial Panel PC and industrial monitor dimension range now. The new 23.8” display module support Panel mount and VESA 75/100 mount.
The bigger dimension Pcap. touch Panel PC and monitor are suitable for various types of industrial applications, such as machine-to-machine (M2M) applications, Building Automation, industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), intelligent manufacturing and MES, service robots, commercial automation etc.
Modular Concept Design
The 23.8”is designed with flexible modularity in our mind. The HMI systems are made of two interchangeable parts, the real functional modules and the front touch display modules. The rear function modules include various of our PC modules or two AD board monitor modules. By having a simple module to module connection, we can easily assemble them into a 23.8” Panel PC or industrial monitor product. All new 23.8” Panel PC and Monitor products are designed to offer simple and straightforward panel mounting for use in control cabinets and equipment consoles.
P-Cap Multi-Touch Screen (Durable & User-Friendly)
This new 23.8” glass cover of touchscreen is totally designed and built by us. So, it continues our regular exquisite appearance design. These technologies support simultaneous touch, which is very user-friendly to end-users. Withal touch screen installed behind glass cover or anti-fingerprinting design is resistant to scratches, damages, and cleaning fluids.
Front IP65 Protection (Outer Dust and Water Splash Resistant)
TAICENN standard 23.8-inch HMI Panel PC and monitor products surely support rigorous IP65 sealing on the front side. Devices are protected from possible damages caused by direct snow, rain, dust, dirt, and grime. This feature makes it suitable for outdoor kiosks applications.

In our schedule, the new 23.8-inch Modular front display modules have been validated by our engineer team. We are now starting to make this front display module into our inventory plan. Since it refers to glass cover development of touchscreen, it will request a longer time, maybe 4 weeks. So, we are able to deliver 23.8” Pcap. touch Panel PC and industrial monitor from Jan. 2024.
