TAICENN TPC-DCS&DRS N1 series –New Modular Panel PCs with Intel 12th Gen. Alder Lake-N N97 4E-Core processor

TAICENN has launched our newest industrial touch Panel PC series with Intel 12th Gen. Alder Lake-N N97 processor into our slim Panel PC family. This new Panel PC TPC-DCS&DRS N1 series is a ruggedized, flat designed with full dimensions (from 10.1”to 23.8”) that’s to provide the powerful performance and reliable HMI touch panel solution for industrial applications. As always, this new series HMI Panel PCs shares the same cut-out dimension on both capacitive touch (TPC-DCS N1 series) and high temp. 5-wires resistive touch (TPC-DRS N1 series). It is modular designed and manufactured by the standard Pcap. and resistive touch display modules and new Intel Alder Lake-N computer modules.

The newest released touch Panel PC system is powered by Intel’s 12th Gen. Alder Lake-N SoC platform N97 4E-Core processor for power-efficiency performance. The new Intel Alder Lake-N line of chips are basically what you’d get if you took Intel’s 12th-gen processors and only used Efficiency cores without any Performance cores. The Intel UHD Graphics 24EUs (Xe-LP, Alder Lake-N, Gen 12.2) is an integrated graphics card in the mid-range Alder Lake-N models on this Intel Processor N97. It is using the current Xe-LP architecture (Gen12) and was announced in late 2022. The GPU uses 24 of the 32 EUs (execution units) in the chip (192 of the 256 shader cores).

The new TPC-DCS&DRS N1 series industrial HMI embedded system support TPM2.0 (PTT2.0) and Windows 11 Operating systems, and 2 high speed expansion modules slots: 1* M.2 3042/3052 B-key slot to support 4G/5G/Wi-Fi6 cellular network; 1* M.2 2230 E-key to support Wi-Fi/BT wireless network. It’s an ideal solution for various of industrial projects, including Machine-to-Machine (M2M), smart building automation, industrial automation, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), smart manufacturing, industry 4.0, commercial automation

Outstanding performance – Intel’s newest 12th Gen. Alder Lake-N N97 processor
TPC-DCS&DRS N1 series industrial Panel PCs adopts Intel’s newest entry-level mobile platform 12th Gen. Alder lake-N N97 chip. It offers no performance cores and 4 of the 8 efficient cores (E-cores, Gracemont architecture). The chip does not support Hyper-threading and clocks with up to 3.7 GHz. The performance of the E-cores should be similar to old Skylake cores (compare to the Core i7-6700HQ). All cores can use up to 6 MB L3-cache. (Source from Intel). Compared to former J3455, J6412 and 8th Gen. Core i3-8145U, this new CPU chip owns outstanding performance in industrial projects.

Rich IOs and expansions – More expansion to meet more industrial needs
The rugged touch Panel PC is designed with rich IO interfaces, 2* GbE, 4* USB3.0, 2* USB2.0, 2* RS232 (optional 1* RS485), 1* HDMI, 1* DP, Audio, can meet different interface requirements and help information transmission more smoothly. It is designed with 2 high speed expansion slots (1* M.2 3042/3052 Key-B, 1* M.2 2230 E-Key), can optional support 3G/4G, 5G, Wi-Fi6, Wi-Fi/BT wireless functions. Also, TPC-DCS&DRS N1 series provides more powerful expansion possibilities, and offer flexible and fast expansions for industrial field applications to improve product performance.
